Modules for displaying contact persons: Contact Teaser, Contact List, Contact Detail, Contact Author and Card Accordion. All contacts are centrally maintained and reused across different modules.
The Contact Teaser modules are maintained directly within the page content. Texts, contact links, images/videos, and layout settings are configured manually for each module and are not sourced from the central contact records.

The Contact Teaser displays a single contact person prominently with an image or video. Four layout options control the positioning (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right). The image uses art direction. Contact links (phone, email etc.) are maintained as inline elements.

Same module type with layout "top-right": on desktop the image appears to the right of the contact details.
The Contact Card Section displays contacts as compact cards with name, position, and contact options (email, phone). The contacts are loaded from the central Contacts folder. Currently, up to two contacts can be selected. Images are optional — if no image is provided, the card will be displayed with text only.

The Contact Author module is a compact author credit, typically placed at the end of articles, news or blog posts. It loads the contact from the central Contacts folder and shows the name, position and optionally a small image. Ideal for attributing editorial content to a specific contact person.

The Card Accordion groups person cards into expandable sections, ideal for team directories, speaker lists or department overviews. Each group has a title, with cards below showing name, location, LinkedIn, email and an optional image.
Yes. Contact records are stored centrally in the Contacts folder. The same contact profile can be referenced in any number of Contact Detail and Contact List modules. Changes to the record automatically take effect everywhere.
In the Contact Card Section (Contact List), a grey placeholder in the same format is shown when no image is available. This keeps the card layout consistent.
A compact author credit, typically placed below articles or news items. Unlike the Contact Teaser, the Contact Author is record-based and loads its data from the Contacts folder.
Yes. Each card automatically receives an anchor ID (e.g. #acl-294-37). Via this anchor link, the card can be jumped to directly from other pages. The associated accordion group opens automatically and the card scrolls into view.

The module is purely editorial and not linked to contact records. Data is maintained directly on the module. Options: Initially open first element and Allow multiple open elements. The module has its own intro.
Maximum 3 contact links per teaser (e.g. email, phone, LinkedIn).
Currently a maximum of 2 contacts. The selection is made via a multiple-choice field in the CMS backend.
Yes. An image or video is required. Without media the Contact Teaser is not displayed. For purely text-based contacts without an image, Contact Detail or Contact List are better suited.
Four alignments: image top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right. On mobile the image sits above or below; on desktop to the left or right. The image uses art direction with different crops depending on the viewport. Alternatively, a video can be shown instead of an image.
The Contact Teaser is a purely editorial module: content is maintained directly on the content element and has nothing to do with the contact records in the Contacts folder. Contact Detail and Contact List, on the other hand, load contacts from the central Contacts folder in the CMS backend: Detail for individually selected persons (max. 2), List for an overview of multiple contacts.
